So I called 'Jim the Handyman' for their free estimate. I accepted that after their on-site review and two fellows came to move many things off the deck and power wash. They cleaned up the mess that made and the work revealed more boards were rotting than earlier could be seen. So, slightly revised cost estimate and then larger crew for one day of carpentry and then two days of staining. I am a believer in DIY but this time I'm glad I called on the professionals. Great quality and good value. I recommend them. And I was glad to say farewell to many rotten boards."

Their product line is extensive, and they are able to accommodate most customization requests. That customization aspect was important In our project, as cost and zoning restrictions prevented us from adding a garage, but we were able to do a large shed instead. So setting up a shed to accommodate a vehicle presented some challenges. We are very happy with the result."

Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. "It's always a relief when you find a contractor who cares about the quality of their work. That is Mr. Leal. I hired him to rehang our exterior french doors that were poorly installed. It can be very difficult to find help for for small jobs, but Mr. Leal agreed. Needless to say, the doors now function perfectly. I was impressed for following reasons. His team was very communicative. My initial call was returned within an hour or two and he was scheduled to see me the next day. He and his colleague took care of my home. Not only did they fix the doors, but they were obviously very careful when doing so. They even vacuumed while sanding the doors. No trace was left of their work except for the perfectly swinging doors. Honestly, I think care for another's home is as important as one's ability to do the work. My strong impression is Mr. Leal cares that his work is well done. Hire him."
