"We (my husband and I) hired Nick from Long Acre handyman to do a couple of handyman jobs this year. One was cleaning our dryer vent. He did a great job. Then we asked him to repair a few boards on our wooden deck. He did a great job with that as well. He is professional and reliable, and does good thorough work. We are pleased customers. We will continue to hire him for handyman jobs as needed and would recommend him."

"Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for all your needs."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "These guys did an amazing job replacing our old wooden deck that was rotting and replaced it with modern composite decking. They did everything to code and by the book! They took the time to TRULY listen to our concerns and address our biggest concerns. Chally’s is very committed to doing a quality job both where it can’t be seen (foundation and footings) and also on all the finishing touches. They even made suggestions to move a gutter downspout around a corner so they wouldn’t have to cut out a portion of the floor boards. They even took up and replaced boards surrounding an outward jutting bay window themselves (without prompting from me) because it didn’t meet THEIR standards. "We hired the Davis remodeling company in June to rid our property of a tremendous amount of yard debris. Larnell was quick to respond and came out promptly for an estimate.
