"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

His crew showed up when they said they would, were respectful of our home, and kept the workspace as clean as possible during the remodel. The finished kitchen came out great, cabinets are lined up perfectly, countertops look amazing, and the backsplash and finishing details really tied everything together. They left the bottom or a repaired balcony unpainted -- all the work they did was excellent and the person who did the work was wonderful. They did work with us to try to resolve the issue, and I put it on us for not having the work order clearer, but it was disappointing."
