He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

It was a difficult and complicated job, as the house had non-standard sizes for things and has shifted and moved as all old homes do, but Ben patiently worked it all out, and now we have two beautiful, well-fitted, secure and weatherproof doors on our home. "Chuck did a good job. I did not ask for prices up front, so that was my mistake, but Chuck charged by the item rather than by the hour. He was here for 2 hours and charged $340.00. I feel $170 an hour to be very high. Chuck also did not clean up after himself which was very frustrating. I found garbage everywhere. One item I had him do was to add salt to the water softener. The empty bag was left on the floor, right next to the garbage can."
