"I've hired Jim and his team for several projects in the past year, including the reconstruction of an outdoor porch; installing a bathroom fan and running its venting to the outside; fixing up rotten boards and checking the integrity of a second floor porch; and replacing the ceiling, flooring, a window, and areas of the walls in an area of my house that I’m hoping to eventually rent out as a separate unit. As the owner of a multifamily property, I appreciated that Jim has had personal experience himself in managing and owning properties, and therefore had expertise in knowing the types of repairs that would be important and necessary for an owner/landlord.
