I had been struggling to find someone who had done this kind of job before, but Taneesha made me feel very comfortable that they could do this job. They sent Mike over and he was amazing. He has a cat of his own so he knew exactly why I wanted a catio. We looked at a few pictures together and he designed an amazing catio for us. His workmanship and attention to detail was simply inspiring. He thought of every single place a cat could try and escape from and took care of it. I am truly so impressed by him. And while the work was being done, Ron provided regular updates on Mike's availability and assured us that they would complete the job in a decent timeframe. "Ernest and his crew did an excellent job. Although they started a week later than estimated due to the weather, they finished the job within the expected time. We are very happy with the work that they have done. After they were finished, they cleaned up the spots in the yard that they used for temporary storage of some of the materials. The only minor criticism is that the communication could have been a little bit better. We would definitely hire Ernest again.
