"Kevin and Chris did a great job on our front porch project! They rebuilt the casing around the three posts and installed black steel railing which is sturdy and looks sharp! They were able to rebuild the posts to look like the idea picture we shared prior to starting the project. They were on time, respectful, and communicated with us throughout the project, confirming details regarding design choices, and letting us know next steps. "We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"In addition to the installation of a light, they also installed a medicine cabinet. Both needed some additional work- installation of a junction box and hole needed in a plastered wall; filling in of extra space around medicine cabinet rough opening. They also replaced some wood trim around a large tool shed. Job came out great. They were professional and conscientious to take care within my home. Tom and Mike did a very nice job."
