"The crew arrived at my home almost two hours after the originally agreed upon time. To their credit, they did contact me to advise they would be late. The job itself yielded great results. There was some collateral damage to some plants directly below the roof runoff, though it was neither intentional nor avoidable."

"The handyman was late, though he did call. After giving him my list, and prioritizing it (The shed and Deck were the most important) he gave me no indication that the job would not be finished at the end of the 8 hour package I purchased. The painting was good - and he managed to get far more paint on the walls, than on the floor - but I will have to get some paint thinner, and hope that doesn't damage my hardwood floors. There were a few shelves that needed to be removed before the painting, and put back after. The shelves were not put back in a way you could actually put anything on them. I'll need to have someone re-secure the shelves to the wall. The pictures were hung nicely, the toilet paper holder installed fine, and the deck work was top notch as well. Very good job on these. One of the windows that did not close was not fixed. The other one was "fixed" by impaling the window with a screw so - yes, it's closed now - but can't ever be opened again. Seriously, ***?!? The shed was just ignored in its entirety. I followed up with the company, to make sure they would be back tomorrow or the following day, to knock down the shed and get it out front before bulk trash, and to fix the shelves on my wall. They basically tried to extort me into purchasing another package just so they'd finish the job. The job does need finishing, but because of their lack of professionalism, it will be finished by someone else. So, if you are looking for a company to do about 70-80% of the job, these are the guys for you."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Sal, the owner, responded quickly to our request for an assessment and estimate. He came to our home within 48 hours and provided his professional opinion and the cost. He scheduled us quickly and even pressure washed the walls of our lanai at no extra charge. Sal showed up at our door promptly as scheduled. His price was reasonable and he worked VERY quickly but thoroughly. We are very pleased with his work and decided to hire him for other projects."

"Lee and her team did an exellent job cleaning our new condo. The condo was recently completed and the developer left it a mess. We hired Lee to clean everything inclduing the floors, showers, windows, baseboards sinks and toilets. We left her our key and returned to a beautiful and clean condo.
Ona seperate occasion, we hired her to sit at our house for the cable company prior to our arrival. They are great, punctual and courteous.
