"Ok, I did a prepaid purchase for 8 hours of painting. When I bought it I knew I had to supply the paint. I did not know I had to supple the rollers and paint brushes. Then we were told that the base boards would be extra. Also charged for $25 to move the furniture. I am not sure how much 8 hours of painting usually gets done. That being said, the paint work was well done, cleaned up very nicely."

He was instrumental in figuring out the size and shape of the structure. He clearly told us what to expect and when. Mark Weiss, the project manager is simply brilliant: he did all the drawings. And what is absolutely amazing that Josh pretty much did the entire project by himself! This very young man is so experienced, he takes pride in quality of his workmanship! And he completed the project in 4 days with the help of his wonderful fiance' . Southern Aluminum, thank you very much for quality work! Of course, only time will show, how the structure will survive hurricanes."
