"1. Super friendly customer service by Samantha. 2. Super friendly and highly expertise work by Josh. 3. We had a difficult section of flooring that had to be repaired and redone. Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. Josh explained the situation, told us he would do the job, and promised it would come out looking better than even we expected could be done. And he was exactly right! My wife and I were more than pleased. I think we were amazed that getting everything to match as close as Josh said he'd be able to do was possible. 4. Another thing that we found so valuable was Josh's setting up of a tent around himself to protect the rest of the room from being overwhelmed with dust. Above and beyond that, he had vacuuming going on at the same time and we really appreciated the efforts made to keep as much dust as possible from going where we didn't want it going. 5.Josh also wrote us up a nice estimate for a lot of other work we plan to have done in and on the outside of the house. And you can be sure that Josh and Samantha will get the call when we are ready to commence with the next projects. Summary: Green Shed Renovations is a diamond in the rough of a plethora of contractors in the world today. We were left hanging by our previous contractor, not just once but twice. Josh and Samantha fulfill their word(s) to the letter. This is a pleasant surprise. If you need to have any kind of work done on or in your house, give Green Shed Renovations a call. If your experience is half of what ours was, you won't be disappointed."

"From the first email to the last nail, Bob was the best. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about the work he does—Bob does. He not only took the time to do things right, he took the time to go over everything with us in detail. Bob replaced a handful of mahogany boards on our deck, installed two new light fixtures—bedroom and front porch— built a fence gate, repaired a broken stair baluster, installed a ceiling fan, replaced a rotted board on our shed, and gave us lots of advice and idea for future projects. The work took almost four days. Bob texted every morning to let us know when he’d arrive. He cleaned up as he went and at the end of each day. The project came to around $4,500. It was money well spent."

"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. From their react, we see a warm heart. No job is big or small, all jobs are equally important. Understanding the difficulties of others, for the people, been appreciated by the people. Thank you again for your high quality service. We definitively recommend MMP Construction Inc. to anyone for any related home project."

"Junior Lopez and his team at JR Carpentry did a great job building a ramp for our new shed, repairing our fence and creating a landscaping border. They showed up early, worked hard and paid close attention to every detail. I will definitely hire them again. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking handyman, Junior is your guy!"

"Diorio Builders did an amazing job for me replacing a 40 year old deck. The workmanship is excellent and the price was reasonable. I'd also like to mention that their work habits are stellar - at the end of each day they did a thorough cleanup with no stray nails left where they would be a hazard to my pets. I would highly recommend them"

"The owner, Jesse Bourque, was wonderful to work with. He always responded to our questions and text messages very promptly. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Each carpenter we encountered took professional pride in a job well done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him for any construction project small or large."

"Matt and his crew were always on time, considerate of our home, and respectful. The work was meticulously done and I would hire them again for home remodels. He was honest and trustworthy. Our bathroom came out beautiful so we are very pleased."

"When you find a great contractor, don’t let them go. ;). I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben. Great job on all the work - I’ve received many compliments from neighbors and guests on the work you did! I can’t recommend Tim and his crew enough."

John Leahy, owner and his associate John produced a beautiful and updated look. The craftsmanship was impeccable and they were always on time and finished the project earlier than promised. John is very courteous and approachable and is easy to relate to. I know you will be very pleased with Extreme Makeover for your next home project."

"Adam, the owner of Magic Frog Carpentry & Woodworks is great to work with. He is responsive via text and phone conversations. He has a lot of skilled people he works with and does a lot of the work as well. When any hiccup comes up he is quick to get it resolved. This past fall I hired him to do a partial remodel of my kitchen (new countertop, new backsplash, new flooring and painting. I was happy with the work and decided to hire Adam again for a tub to shower conversion. I am really happy with the results of both projects. I plan on reaching out to Adam for the next home project."
