He'll talk to you first about what you want to have done before he even makes an appointment and if he thinks he's not the right fit for what you want done, he is upfront about that and has a suggestion for someone else you can call. For example we've recently decided to redo our shower enclosure and given that we only wanted to replace the glass, he suggested we remove him as the middle man and put me in touch with the glass folks he would have used if he handled the job. The price was reasonable for the work performed."
