My cousin contacted me and was seriously concerned as her electrical power was slowly deteriorating by shutting down electrical outlets of power. I reached out to a number of electricians. The only electrician that responded was Espinoza electrical and Construction Services. The owner called me and offered to check out the problem immediately. My cousin was not available that evening but the owner called me the next morning and went to her home to diagnose the problem.
