"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "My biggest concern going in was about someone convincing me to do a whole rebuild on a project I just wanted refreshed. Our deck was old and beat up but still functional and solid. We got a lot of transparency about which parts were fixable (like stripping and staining) and which parts needed replacing (like dog-chewed beams).
