"Update:  Would really have to think about using the service again since the craftsman wasn't open to coming up with alternatives to just leaving the beams in the yard.  The craftsman was aware of the beams at the time of initial estimate visit as some of the siding had pulled away and the beam was visible and he asked and I confirmed the whole shed was wood, no cement.

Thanks to the owner of Handymen who came with a chainsaw on 9/9 to give it a go.  Ended up him suggesting for an additional charge (didn't have too much of a problem with this) to have 4 men carry the beams to the dumpster since the chainsaw(s) didn't work.  The beams couldn't be cut to a manageable size.  Maybe a circular saw with a large enough blade may have worked better.  I ended up cutting the beams in half with a bow saw then a sledge hammer which didn't take as long as I thought.  I then found one person who then transferred the beams to the dumpster, strong dude, for lower fee.  Again ran into the problem of having appointment confirmed sooner than the day before work date.  Never received a notice of when the 4 guys were to show up so when I called to tell them not to bother they said they would cancel an appointment (day/time) I hadn't been told of yet.

Set up appointment for site visit and estimate.  Visit was with Jason Frye, Craftsman, who answered all my questions and came up with a plan for tearing down the 30 yr. old wooden shed.  Was satisfied with proposed cost and made the appointment. 
One has to remember that Handyman Connection is basically providing labor only with supplies/equipment to be provided by customer.  A dumpster was required which I needed to order (first time for me) so I had questions and I felt I put the customer service folks a little out of sorts.  Also, apparently their appointment system only provides confirmation the day before the scheduled work day and I made the appointment about about 20 days ahead.  For me to order a dumpster and have to pay up front for it without a confirmation was a little uncomfortable especially since the day before the workday was a holiday and Handyman Connections would be closed.  I never received a system generated confirmation but had contacted the office by email and they emailed back the appointment was confirmed.  I prefer email as then I have everything in writing.
Mr. Frye originally thought it would be a two day job but he was able to accomplish about 99% of the demolition in the one day.  However, he hit a snag when he removed the wood floor and had large beams which supported the shed.  The last wood needing to be removed.  They were approximately 8x10x12 and too heavy for one person to lift and carry to dumpster.  Plus there were a few spiders to contend with which appeared to be brown recluse and would freak anyone out.  Mr. Frye did not have a chain saw to cut the beams into smaller chunks which I offered to rent/pay for if he were willing.  He made the suggestion I contact the landscaper who will be doing near future work to see if they would be willing to take care of the beams.  Mr. Frye left the area otherwise in good condition.
For the most part Mr. Frye seemed knowledgeable, did an efficient job, and was pleasant to work with.  The only problem is the job wasn't totally finished.
