"We had a really bad storm and my basement had water all over the place, I called a few places but Basement Gurus where there the next day. When I met with Dan Kelly for the estimate he was on time, wore his mask and we did a walk-through inside the basement and outside the perimeter of my home. He asked me exactly what I would like done and how Basement Gurus could help. Dan offered me different options, was very informative and showed me what materials they use compare to others. We sat down and reviewed the cost of options and set the install date, he also mentioned that they had a finance option in case I needed it. Dan was very professional, treated me like if we knew each other for years and NOT pushy at all to sell me on his product. Once the date was set, his crew came in early in the morning and was done the same day. Very happy with my decision, not had a leak since and have peace of mind.
