"We hired Erik and his team to tear out and replace the seal between our brick porch and stucco walls. Because of all the water that leaked below damaging the wood framing he replaced all that wood as well. This is a really common problem in these old San Francisco homes and if youâ re looking to hire someone to do it I would highly, highly recommend Erik. First of all heâ s licensed and insured. He is also reliable, knowledgeable, he does quality work and heâ s a super nice guy."

"I called Bob on Friday to install a new garbage disposal and since he wasn't available Saturday he came over Sunday afternoon and within two hours removed the old disposal, installed a new one, tightened a hinge, removed a door and promised to come back with new hinges at a later time.
