"What went right:
1. Worker showed up on time.
2. Worker was professional and courteous.
3. Worker was fast and efficient.

What went wrong:
1. Worker carelessly adjusted two of our blinds and caused me to have to spend half an hour fixing them. (had to re-tied pulls and reconnect pull enclosures). Blinds that were attached at bottom previous to cleaning were left unattached.
2. Poor attention to detail in comparison with my regular cleaner. It appeared that only the glass was cleaned and not the inside of the glass frames. A lot of dirt collects in the corners and the bottom of those frames and it was left untouched. A quick wipe with a cloth would have done the trick (I'm not talking about the tracks, but the frame around the glass itself).
3. One of the screens that I paid to have cleaned was untouched. I discovered this a few days after the work when cleaning the blinds for that window.

This was average work, not nearly up to the solid "A" rating that this company has recevied by other reviewers. If you just care about getting your glass cleaned, these are the guys. If not, carefully screen your window cleaner before hiring.

I chose this company because they were part of a "Big Deal" and I had never signed up for one before. My assumption is that they would do the work in the manner to which I had been accustomed by my regular service provider; i.e. extreme attention to detail, thorough window track cleaning, in short, making the entire window look new again. It is my fault that I didn't dig deeper when I called the provider. Still the lack of attention to detail, missing a screen I paid for and screwing my blinds up was inexcusable regardless of up-front expectations.
