They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). "After the first month of the COVID pandemic, it became clear that my deck desperately needed replacing. It was a 10 yr old deck that was rotting and deteriorating, and could not stand up to the constant use that came from my family being home all the time. I was nervous about starting such a large project at such an uncertain time. He and his crews handling of the air conditioning unit (again, another issue that no other contractor I spoke to knew how to handle) was smart, efficient and never required us to stop using the AC. "We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer.
