"Prompt, courteous and professional best describes this company. I had a detailed proposal and contract for a skylight restoration within a few days of meeting with Samper. With over 30 years experience in roofing I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs."

"Riza showed up exactly on time, was extremely nice and gave us a great estimate. He got the job done more quickly than we expected. While the skylight has yet to be tested by the weather, so far we could not be happier with the work and with our experience."

"We needed to replace a patch of our living room ceiling due to damage from a water leak upstairs. We contacted C&B, who responded and quoted us a price quickly. The price was fair for a multi-day job, they got it done within a week, and they even helped us repaint the ceiling. Very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We'd strongly recommend!"
