I got 5 bids from other roofing companies, most of who were on Angie's List and were given great reviews.   I called Patriot roofing and left a message and got a call back within 15 minutes from Omar and scheduled an appointment for the next day. 

I first need to say that I was in roofing when I was younger, and before anyone came out, I measured my roof so I would have at least some estimate on how many squares the roof was, give or take 1 or 2.   Well after getting the 5 bids, and narrowing them down to 3 that were giving me the same quality of materials, work and warranties, it was easy to make the decision to go with Patriot.  Omar was right on the money with the square footage of the roof being exactly what I measured.  The other 2 companies were 5 to 7 squares more, and swore by their measurements and needless to say several thousand dollars more.

Not only being honest and not trying to inflate the size of the job, his crew did an excellent job, worked from first light in the morning to close to dark, were neat, courteous, and cleaned the area thoroughly.

"My daughter was the one actually home for the tech. She said he was courteous and did a good job. Upon my return home, I noticed the area was clean and when tested, the fireplace remained lit for over 5 minutes where previously it didn't take 2 minutes before the flame would die out. "I hired area remodeling to install a new roof on my house. They tore off and installed a new roof in a day and a half!!! My roof is really big so I didn’t expect them to finish so soon. They went above and beyond with their work even painted my pipes on the roof to match the new shingles installed. After the shingles were installed the foreman and I walked around the house and to check for any trash or if anything got damaged, but I couldn’t find a single nail on the ground. They really did a great job!!! My neighbor just got his roof done a few weeks before mine and couldn’t believe mine was done in a day an a half!! His took almost week for the same size from another company. I’m posting this up a little late but I wanted to give the roof some time before I wrote a review to see if I had to call them back cause of a leaky roof. But after the terrible thunderstorms we had and the few tropic depressions that came through not a single shingle or a leak has happened!!!
