"In Dec 2021 we had a new roof replaced in 3 days. The team was timely, professional and courteous. They let me know every step of the way when and why a new board was being used and showed me where the problem areas were through pictures, which we knew would need some extra TLC after our old roof was the original from 1972. The crew cleaned up daily and were also very cautious to not mark up our yard as they needed to turn work vehicles around and park. "Blue Ribbon was the most professional of the companies that we received estimates from. It was a small repair job but I was impressed by how professional and courteous Evan and his crew were. They did have to come back to secure the trim when it popped out a little (the trim didn’t have enough nails but it was in a difficult to reach area, near the roof peak) but they came out in a timely fashion and secured the trim. I would definitely use them again."

"Our new roof is great and we appreciate the rapid installation service performed, but we had a misunderstanding about 3 skylights that were replaced at $1,000 each. We believed they would be replaced 'good as new', but they would not do any of the interior work to clean up the installations which we thought they agreed to do when hiring them. We even told them we chose them over a competitor that quoted a lower price because that competitor said they would not do the interior work. Again, possible misunderstanding, but get any details like that in writing before you sign your agreements. Overall the roof install is great, so we have no trouble recommending them."

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

Tony and his crew painted the exterior of a home I own in the Midtown Historic District in Harrisburg.  At the beginning of the project, they discovered rotted window frames and notified me quickly.  After I had the damage corrected, they went on to paint the siding and all the wood trim on this 1880's home.

I was very happy with the result.  The painting they did was absolutely perfect!  It looks fabulous, and several neighbors have complimented the job and asked for the contractor's info.
