"Carlos and Brothers replaced five windows for us. Because we live in an older home, it was necessary for them to custom-fit each of the windows, replacing and sizing most of the frames and sills. Given location of the windows, they also installed flashing under the windows, which rest on our sunroom roof. Their work was excellent! The windows, including painting and sealing surrounding surfaces, are lovely. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the duration of the work, the final cost was far lower than other estimates we received, and Carlos and his partners were pleasant, considerate of our needs, and tolerant of our yappy dog. We couldnâ t be happier with the process of working with Odyssey Contracting and with their completed work. We had several roofing companies look at our roof, before choosing Odyssey. He did an extremely detailed inspection, taking a number of pictures to show us damage we were unaware of and which was significant. He advised us to contact our insurance company to submit a claim (hadnâ t realized we could do that!), then made sure to be there when the adjustor arrived. Our roof was a bit more complicated than some, as we had three skylights that needed replacing and wanted to add two more skylights, a solar tube, and a roof ridge. Then, on roofing day, Odysseyâ s work crew showed up prepared and within the day had finished absolutely EVERYTHING perfectly.
