"Upon accepting the assignment, Eric showed us choices for our shingles and even gave us locations in the area where that particular type and color shingle had been used. His team showed up exactly as promised, did what they were supposed to do AND MORE, cleaned up beautifully and left in a timely manner. Even though there was MUCH MORE repair work on the roof underlayment than expected, the quoted price remained the same. "A tornado destroyed our roof on Monday, by Friday we had a new roof.
Soon as he was contacted he provided me a proposal on site. His
estimate was the lowest of the three, and he gave me the senior citizen
discount as advertised. Throughout the interview he was a polite,
enthusiastic, professional and seemed to be quite experienced. 
Throughout the job, he had the equipment he needed. His crew knew their roles and worked together well.
When he was finished, he did some extra work at no charge.  It was a complimentary favor.  And this is beyond what I have experienced from other contractors.
I would not hesitate to use him the next time I need work done.
Overall this was as painless an experience as a roofing job could be.

"Representative from Specs Roofing showed up the day after he was scheduled and failed to call me on the originally agreed upon day to let me know that he was coming the next day.  Having said this, he did show up following a bad weather day (original day) and performed the services we had agreed upon over the phone.  The rep. was cordial and got right to work on the agreed upon tasks.  It took him a little over two hours to complete the work and he disposed of all leaves and debris in the wetlands below my home as agreed upon.  I'd say, overall this was a very good experience; above "good," but not quite at Excellent because of the failure to call me to let me know he was going to be delayed.  I would not hesitate to recommend Specs Roofing for any gutter or roof cleaning.

"Carpenters Complete Inc installed a new bathroom in my home at a great cost. Matt (owner) quickly responded to my estimate inquiries and was prompt to come out and give a free estimate. He had alot of ideas that were inexpensive and was wonderful to work with. Matt was available to answer any questions or concerns i had throughout the whole process. He was patient and personable and i loved my experience with this company. He also gave me a great deal on storm shutters as he installs those as well."
