"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."

"I would give this company a B+. As I have learned with nearly any service company like this, there always seems to be some type of miscommunication, break down, excuse or "reason" for some service not to happen accordingly or on time. There was the holiday (totally understandable), truck break down, time constraints, etc. All that being said, the actual guy who took the tree down was amazing. He truly knew what he was doing and did it beautifully in brutal heat. I am guessing the young man I did business with was not the actual owner (never met Tom) - perhaps his son. He did keep me apprised of the issues, but he did end up running more than a week later than he had said. Ultimately, it wasn't a big deal and I think he ended up bringing "subs" to do the job. They got a nearly 50' tree down in less than an hour and cleaned up. Did exactly what we asked. Because it was so hot, we added a nice tip, which wasn't acknowledged. Regardless, I would use them again because the actual service performed was excellent with a reasonable price."

"Set a date and time for service ( actually it was a wet and raining cold day) and I really did not expect service on such a ugly day but DJ was there  and on time and did all work as expected. DJ explained everything to my husband and there were no surprises.

Any question I had for Rob ( the owner) he was easy to reach or returned calls or texts promptly.
I would highly recommend the company to others and I have.

"Nagas service is completely dependable. They arrive as expected and do an excellent job. Our front yard has an oddly placed bit of grass separate from the rest of the lawn that is easy to miss. When I contacted Nagas to say that it had been missed, the mowers were quickly back the same day, and it has not been missed again. We have used Nagas also for snow removal, fall and spring cleaning of our yard, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, stump removal, mulching, and weed treatment. All jobs were done when expected and as expected. It is such a relief to have a company that is so professional and reliable.
