As I have learned with nearly any service company like this, there always seems to be some type of miscommunication, break down, excuse or "reason" for some service not to happen accordingly or on time. There was the holiday (totally understandable), truck break down, time constraints, etc. All that being said, the actual guy who took the tree down was amazing. He truly knew what he was doing and did it beautifully in brutal heat. I am guessing the young man I did business with was not the actual owner (never met Tom) - perhaps his son. He did keep me apprised of the issues, but he did end up running more than a week later than he had said. Ultimately, it wasn't a big deal and I think he ended up bringing "subs" to do the job. They got a nearly 50' tree down in less than an hour and cleaned up. Did exactly what we asked. Because it was so hot, we added a nice tip, which wasn't acknowledged. Regardless, I would use them again because the actual service performed was excellent with a reasonable price."
