"I started solar company research 4 years ago. I quickly canceled my research because all the companies pissed me off. It seemed like a complete scam/hustle. Then this year I started my research again. Solar power is too important, so I got back into the ring to, this time, pull the trigger and get it done. I have issues with getting the best quality at the best price. I got three quotes and then went full on into third-party solar panel comparisons, all available for free online. I plugged in the exact panels each company was quoting me. SunPower was off ALL the charts in quality, production and warranty/lasting production. Absolutely, by far the best product. But that is not my only criteria, I expect very good customer care. My salesman Marc got me dialed in and permits acquired with very little effort on my part. I had an old roof and asked a roofing friend to quote me replacing prior to solar install. Except I prefer all warranty work under the same company, so I contacted Marc to see what Stellar could do. He matched the roofing cost AND upgraded the singles to *Cooling Series* for no additional cost. Sorry for such a long review, but the best is yet to come.The installation crew. Luis, Ken, Robert and Matt. So way above and beyond in every task. Painted all my vents to match the brand new metal trim they installed. Replaced dry rot wood panels, took care of my dog Bowser, cleaned up better than when they arrived, and were the most friendly, accommodating, efficient and fun crew I could ask for. Complete 24-panel system, with brand new roof, installed to perfection AND cleaned up in 5 days!! I have done your research for you. This company is your best option! "Semper Solaris Battery Installation Review I hired Semper Solaris to design and install a battery system tailored to my home?s needs, and I provided them with all necessary data upfront. Unfortunately, their proposed solution was not engineered appropriately and failed to meet expectations (I found out afterwards, since I am a Radio/Radar engineer, not a solar power engineer). The installation designers wanted to place the batteries in an unsuitable/ridiculous location and used a system that unnecessarily rewired my power panels, creating significant electrical complications. (As an electrical engineer, I recognized these choices as poor practice). After installation, I had to resolve account and software issues directly with Tesla, only to learn that the system had been improperly sized. Semper Solaris did not deliver the professional expertise I relied on."

They responded to emails and texts within a day or two at the most, but usually within a couple of hours. They were patient and very helpful with all of the questions we had (and we had many!), and they were happy to coordinate with other contractors that were doing work on our house at the same time. We did a fairly detailed analysis of the quality, cost, efficiencies, and expected lifetime of the equipment that NRG proposed compared to other companies, and we are confident that they provided the best equipment at the best cost. The installers that came to our house were very professional, worked quickly, and the system was up and running within hours - very impressive. We passed our inspection with no issues and the whole process was completely painless! "They scheduled appointment thru phone and text and even. Once they arrived they repaired what was needed, let me borrow a hose to top off my pool, and even gave me an education on how the pool equipment operated. Even then they came in under what they orginally estimated. Would suggest to anyone who need solar panel repairs."

Just this month I received an e-mail asking if I could use any additional services to me, in response I asked about the sagging corner and an unrelated technical question.
