Gave me a choice of several dates they would like to begin. We agreed on a start day and time and they were here at the hour and day we agreed upon. Ben responded during the ice storm and crawled around our attic taking pictures. The solar system wasnâ t involved; it was sloppy work with a drainage pipe from the original builder. Ben came back and fixed that problem that evening at no charge. We were very happy with the customer service, and the solar system has worked as they represented it would.
