He requested some pictures of my setup and upon arrival for our appointment had more information about my array than I would have been able to find on my own. Additionally, he got my solar panel system setup for online monitoring so I will be able to check on the efficiency of my panels. "I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, but when I called and spoke to a manager I received a call that day and Tiffany (new PM) was very helpful and professional.
