"Solar array was damage by squirrels. They fixed wiring, replaced optimizers and installed critter guard. This fixed a problem of the array not working when it got wet. I've been able to verify this after 5 rain storms. The inverter now stays on and doesn't trigger an isolation fault after (or during) rain storms. The techs and the people I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable. Good reports sent with the receipt showing what was damaged. I have no idea what comparable rates are with other contractors, but labor rates looked to be about $115 per hour per person based on their labor charge, how many people came and how long it took. Everything was estimated up front, so I didn't experience any surprises. Seems like a solid company."
