I was sure I'd be looking at a huge bill to get my solar system working again, and I was ready to join one of those class actions because of solar panel failures and the bankruptcies of most installers. Instead, Brad diagnosed our system and reported the failed component was the INVERTER, which was backed up by a guarantee from Solar Edge, which is not in bankruptcy. (Titan Solar, the PANEL installer, is.) Brad ordered the replacement for us from Solar Edge, and Juan was out to install it yesterday. It worked immediately. Instead of a huge bill for a replacement part, I got a small bill for the labor to install it. (The Solar Edge warranty doesn't cover installation.) This company saved me from paying thousands to retain one of those class action law firms where the only winner in the end is the law firm. If I could rate this company higher than five stars, I would."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. "These repairs were performed in an older house that we had just moved into. All the work done was performed rapidly and with good quality. They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point."
