I think probably any other provider would have said they didn't expect that it was going to be so big and would have charged me extra or only done half, but he stuck with it. I figured like he was just trying to build his base but he did it right."

Every time I talked to somebody I would tell them it's an Angie's List Big Deal and I think that some place along the line somebody didn't  pay attention to that. I don't know if there's a commission involved on the other end or something, so I had to call back two or three times to get it all finished up and get the gift card and I think they even had to have a refund.
