The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"They know what they’re doing. It’s pretty easy to make an appointment. The guys seem well informed. The system has been pretty reliable for us. We had one issue a few years ago. There is tank they have to fill and put a solution in. For whatever reason, the solution got clogged in the overflowed. They took care of it very quickly. They came out the next day and we haven’t had issues since. The annual service is around $220 and it includes delivering the supplies we need for the year (calcite and salt) as well as the service call. Of the $220, the labor is $115 which includes travel. I haven’t shopped around, but I feel it’s reasonable."
