"Since I work in DC, it was pretty much a foregone conclusion I had to have our out-of-commission water heater repaired on a Saturday.  The fellow answered the phone promptly and even offered a step I could take as a homeowner to hopefully avoid a service call.  Sadly, in this day and age, that was unexpected.  Unfortunately, that didn't work and I needed someone to come out.  He was forthright about the overtime charge for Saturday work, but as I said, I had to do it.  It took a little bit for me to get a call back telling me the technician was on his way, but a) he had to find a baby sitter (his boss ended up doing it...yay boss!) and b) he got here and fixed the issue by noon.  The technician was very courteous, professional and did not dawdle.
Lastly, given the work done and it being a weekend, I'd say the charges were very fair.

After presenting and answering our questions he allowed us to review WITHOUT being pushy. Once contract signed and date set his employees came on time and completed job in a timely fashion. If there were any questions as to where panels would go on outside of house they asked if that location was ok. Cleaned up everything everyday and made sure we were happy. When county electric inspector came he commented on how neat the inside installation was. He asked who did install when I said Milestone Solar he said they do great work. Said he has seen other installations that were less than desirable. We would definitely recommend Milestone Solar and are happy they were recommended to us by our neighbors.
