"Justice from Solar Service came out & did a full inspection of our roof & the solar attachments. The inspection was throughly done, we spoke & he had all the info we needed. The problem was getting the info from his head into a professional report that we could use. The first report was just a simple paragraph in an email that was not clear or concise. I?ve asked for a rewrite 3 times that is professional looking, that I can submit to my solar warranty & home insurance. I still haven?t received a report that I can use."
