I did not hear anything for 2 weeks, but when I called and spoke to a manager I received a call that day and Tiffany (new PM) was very helpful and professional. She was prompt and honest with project timelines. I would highly recommend NRG to anyone looking to install solar. There will always be issues and problems, but the sign of a good contractor is how they respond."

"Legendary did a great job installing a Tesla home storage battery. The workmanship on the installation was excellent and they left the work area as they found it. On installation day there was a problem with the new battery which had an unusual glitch (it didn’t work). Not their fault. They contacted Tesla right away and Tesla sent a new battery (which worked) in a couple of weeks. Legendary came back to install the new battery right away. They spent sufficient time to explain the app and how to adjust settings within the app. I purchased the battery primarily to connect to my existing solar for emergency use in case of power outages. Would highly recommend them and will call them in the future for repair and maintenance issues also."
