I called detail solar and Jake picked up my call. The next day, Jonathan and Austin (sorry if I mis-spell the name) came over my house and found what causes my solar system stop working. They ordered the part on the site and my solar system works again in about a week after I called detail solar. This includes the shipping time of the repair part from the manufacturer.
