"It went great. Basically when I had a conversation it was, "Oh, you know we do every half an hour increment." I was like, "Great! Let's just do it." but then when it came to actually paying it, it was you went five minutes over, so we have to charge you the whole hour. "First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"The start up for the project was excellent but they had some parts in there where the clean up was slow and so I had to live with some trash in my yard for a while. But their excuse was every time they had brought a truck by it was full of trash already so I was about disappointed with that and I was also a little disappointed also with the way they fixed when they came with dust on my floor. The general manager promised that he would adjust on price on the project after this but he never did but overall I would say they got a real good deal.They also did the irrigation system. They showed up on time early and they came at the same time they said they would show up. They were professional and the deal that I got was professional except they changed the project manager right at the end of the project and he was somewhat professional."
