"It went great. Basically when I had a conversation it was, "Oh, you know we do every half an hour increment." I was like, "Great! Let's just do it." but then when it came to actually paying it, it was you went five minutes over, so we have to charge you the whole hour. The guys that came out themselves have nothing to do with the pricing. The movers themselves did a great job and they were nice and attentive."
