Customers say: Terrific value
"I rarely leave reviews, but this one was certainly earned. I had a fantastic experience with Jeff from WaterRock Pools. After getting the runaround from a few other providers, Jeff actually came out himself on a no charge diagnosis call and spent over two hours at my house figuring out a problem that had me stumped for the last couple weeks. He was incredibly professional and straightforward, which I very much appreciated. I certainly hope I don’t have any more issues with my older Pool but I can assure you if I do Jeff will be my first call."

Customers say: Quick response
"Our pool died during the polar vortex last year. I contacted 2 pool professionals, namely the pool doctor and SW Pool Cleaning (nka J K Pools) and they both totally dropped the ball, including blaming me for the communication problems. The Pool Doctor actually yelled and cursed at me over the phone after I called to ask the status of the project (was continuously told "no parts available"). Jorge came to the rescue. He ordered and installed new pool equipment, fixed a leak and totally gutted then resurfaced our pool. I am grateful to have met and worked with Jorge. He is on my speed dial!!!"

"I was originally interested in finding someone to clean out the slime at the bottom of our pool. Tim was extremely quick to respond. He even made a special trip at his own expense to assess what needed to be done at my pool. Unfortunately, it had been sitting so long, that both the equipment and plaster needed to be replaced, and that was not in our budget. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his desire to serve us, as potential customers. I can tell he has a lot of knowledge of pool equipment and pool maintenance. From the professionalism he displayed during my brief interactions with Symbri, I would certainly recommend to others that they give this company a chance to quote on their pool repair and maintenance projects. While it is possible to put a pool on a concrete slab, it’s not recommended. This can damage the liner of your pool and creates a rough floor that’s not pleasant. Professional installers use a sand base to create a level surface and ensure that your pool floor is comfortable.
Sand is a fine material that creates a smooth bottom for your pool. Other materials, such as dirt, could contain rocks that damage your pool liner.
Pool sand is also known as mason sand. The different types include concrete sand, yellow mason and white sand.
