I have had them come back and do other projects such as putting in rock around my pool and installed an awesome natural gas fire pit. They also put landscaping lights shining on the front of my house. I did have a problem with the lights and they came out right away and fixed the problem. "We had a very difficult project -- the existing concrete and fence had to replaced, along with the pool's concrete bottom, vinyl liner, and some of the plumbing. Midwest Aquatics was the only contractor of 4 or 5 who examined the job, that would do all of the work (concrete & pool work). The quality of workmanship was good, as long as my wife or I was staying on top of the work being done -- however, when we weren't able to watch over the details, MWA's project management and communications were poor. There were several cases where re-work had to be done, 2 serious issues that we're still stuck with, and contention over $$$ owed."

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
