Had to fight to get them to wear fall protection on a steep and high roof. More than once I was told "We have good insurance" whether it involved worker safety or protection against rain damage. Called back to fix a leak, it took 4 phone calls and a visit to their office to get a response. When the repair was made all we received was a handwritten note that it was fixed - no details.
