He fixed a water leak in our pool machinery, he would run to his truck and back when necessary and completed the job efficiently. He also gave us some very helpful advice to help us know what equipment upgrade (pool vacuuming machine) we should consider for next summer to help keep our pool clean. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
