"Had a pool liner replaced and what a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! From Sara and Christy in the office to Mike, Gavin and Yoti of the install crew. Just a fantastic group of professional, knowledgeable, hard working people. The girls went above and beyond in researching the correct liner and supplies that I needed to provide and the install crew weathered a 100 degree heat factor and provided the ultimate install. Refreshing to experience genuine A-1 customer service. Pardon me if I have any names misspelled. I sincerely appreciate the fantastic effort of everyone involved!"

"C&D were really impressive. I had used them some years ago and (through no fault of theirs) I had to install a new liner. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
