After ironing out some misunderstandings and issues along the way, Greg and his team worked diligently to transform a disgusting pit into a sparkling swimming pool dressed in new tiles, skimmer, deep end steps, and refreshed deck. They also addressed hairline cracks and hollow spots to ensure stability and proper plaster adhesion, guaranteed to provide years of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. They clean up their work site daily and hauled trash away. And as promised, Greg delivered all that just in time for the 4th of July celebration! But after almost a year, the list of problems is long?and unfortunately, the resolution process has been frustrating from start to finish. The biggest frustration has been that every time the company came out to fix something, it required constant follow-up and badgering just to get them to show up.
