"My pool has not been clear and usable for 2 months inspite of weekly pool service. Mike, with NuWave pools, came on Tues., 6/3 to check out my pool. He immediately diagnosed the problem and took immediate action. Mike installed a new cartridge filter, balanced the chemicals and instructed me on what to do. By Thus., 6/5, I could finally see the drain in the 9.5 ft deep end of the pool. Today, 6/10, the pool is In perfect condition, sparkling blue water. Mike was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Had 2 jobs done over couple of years, first was designing and adding an inground spa to existing pool, between the designs, the 3d model rendering, colors and materials, Michael does best job in collaborating with customers to custom design the product.. Very flexible and capable of creating whatever design that suits customer.. 2nd job was repaving the whole patio, resurfacing pool, expanding pool, creating sundeck, redesigning pool depth,same great job and outcome. He also took care of updating and upgrading equipment like filter, pump, heater and adding a gas heater for the spa.. Many years now after and he's still very approachable in maintenance of all of his projects.. A real one stop shop.."
