"Suffolk Liner replaced a leaky old liner for us. This is the second time they have done a liner for us and they are without question the most professional, timely, friendly and reputable firm in the business. They stand behind their installation and products. We had a salesperson named Arik who was absolutely the kindest person you could want. By the the time he took his time showing us the different patterns we could get and how they would look with the pool filled (from pictures on his phone), we were sold on one liner in particular. Not only did they get the liner for us promptly (it was early season) but did the installation flawlessly. By the time Arik finished displaying his products, he felt more like a friend to than a salesman. You get a sense of honesty and trustworthiness in every interaction with Suffolk Liner. "Palatial Pools installed a large in-ground pool and spa for me back in 2007. I did not want to see or hear the equipment, so they installed that about one hundred feet away in a "hidden" location. Douglas Vunk was my main contact for this project and he and his crew did a great job with everything. Since initial installation, I have used Palatial Pools as my regular cleaning and maintenance company. Douglas is always on time for scheduled services. He also has provided me with a prompt emergency service once, and is flexile with his scheduling when the scheduled service date does not work for me. Douglas is a very knowledgeable and technical Professional, but has the ability to explain everything in terms that I can understand. I have recommended Palatial to friends and colleagues, and will continue to use Palatial and Douglas Vonk as my Pool Technician."
