"the install contractor they use "above the rest" is overall pretty good, but they did do some damage to my property during the install, punched a hole in my sreened patio enclosure"

"We recently used five star and the end result was extremely well done. The cost is very fair and resasonable and I highly recommend them. Dominic and his entire team are truly worth calling if you need any Patios, Walks,Steps, and pool updates. -Lee Jenkins"

"Andy was great to work with from start to finish. He was responsive, quick to follow through on everything, and knowledgeable. Best of all, him and his team delivered in 4 weeks!! I would absolutely recommend working with Andy to anyone looking for top quality and quick turnaround!"

"The pool deck looks great."

"Brian did a great job coordinating all aspects of the project. He expedited the permitting with the city so the project could be completed before year end. The installation team was professional, respectful, and did a great job! The install looks very good on our room. No leaks after our recent 7.5â rainfall. The system is generating power, with all panels performing equally well. It will take some time to learn how much to expect with cloudy days, and shorter winter days vs. summer sun, but it appears to be operating as expected. I look forward to more data as the system has time to operate."

"Our experience with Diverse Pools was very good. We were happy with the work that was completed. The pool looks great. The only issue that we had was that once the pool was completed, communication was unclear as to when and how we were able to care for the pool on our own."

They answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process. Gus and Gabriel always answered my calls and was willing to help with any questions or concerns with a text or a call back at a timely manner. "This pool guy took about 4 hours to do my pool and his mannerisms were amazing. He greeted himself to me and stayed very professional through my entire experience"

"My pool that was already installed when I bought my house has leaked ever since the day we moved in. I had it "repaired" once, but it still leaked. When it was time to refinish the pool I called Family Pools and was surprised to see the owner at my door to give me an estimate. It took a long time to get started but in their defense they told me they were backlogged with jobs and it would be 10 to 12 weeks. After 11 weeks they called and said they needed 3 more weeks. The day they started the owner was there to let me know the guys where on their way. Not only did they complete the job in 3 days, for the first time my pool doesn't leak!! I would definitely recommend Family Pools."
