"My name is Ed Contreras I am a spa lover especially Jacuzzi, I know the benefits of hydro therapy, and have been a fan of Jacuzzis for more than 20 years. I used to own a big nice Jacuzzi for 9 years until it was time to change. I was considering many options including building a pool and spa but honestly I did not want to invest too much. Then, I meet Joseph Zakrzewski at Rec Pool and Spa in Broward, he as good salesman he start with the regular sales speech, however, after I explained my needs and experience he start looking for the best fit for me for the price I was willing to pay and the quality I want. After he explained and show me different options I left the store saying I need to see other options which I did, but anytime I find something I thought it was better Joseph explain why it wasnâ  t by text, cell, whatsup you name it, the friendly guy became a friend giving advice. Until I made the final decision and he basically pick the spa for my needs which I love it, few weeks later the sounds system has a small issue and have to deal with the store manager Mike and the technicians to correct the small issue and they went overboard, that is why they got 5 starts from me because their excellent sales advisor, competitive price and quality, outstanding customer service and technician and friendly familiar environment I definitely recommend this team and in 10 years I definitely will be back to change my Jacuzzi! "This company was amazing. After often having trouble finding a good contractor that finishes this was them. Dominick came to our home and walked us through the entire process. He came back a few times with design options for us. We found what we wanted. He then assigned Brian to be the frontman to our project. I got calls daily and nightly about the operations and next days plan. Brian also stopped by twice daily. The crews were great and even my neighbors were pleased with how neat, clean and polite they were. No messes ever left behind. At then end, the price was what it was agreed to be, no surprises, the pool as good if not better then we expected and no problems at all."

"Brian did a great job coordinating all aspects of the project. He expedited the permitting with the city so the project could be completed before year end. The installation team was professional, respectful, and did a great job! The install looks very good on our room. No leaks after our recent 7.5â rainfall. The system is generating power, with all panels performing equally well. It will take some time to learn how much to expect with cloudy days, and shorter winter days vs. summer sun, but it appears to be operating as expected. I look forward to more data as the system has time to operate."

"My pool that was already installed when I bought my house has leaked ever since the day we moved in. I had it "repaired" once, but it still leaked. When it was time to refinish the pool I called Family Pools and was surprised to see the owner at my door to give me an estimate. It took a long time to get started but in their defense they told me they were backlogged with jobs and it would be 10 to 12 weeks. After 11 weeks they called and said they needed 3 more weeks. The day they started the owner was there to let me know the guys where on their way. Not only did they complete the job in 3 days, for the first time my pool doesn't leak!!
