Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? The plaster was coming off and had several leaks as well as a skimmer that become dislodged. Doug was prompt, exact and one of the BEST people I have met in the industry. Within 2 weeks of draining pool a new travatine tile pool deck and outdoor kitchen, new fountains and a pebble tec finish with 5g light show at a price that was fair. His total crew of hired sub's to his own office crew made it fun to do this project. If i needed to talk to Doug...5 mins and he was calling me back.
