"Sonora Desert Pools literally save our sanity and our pool. We developed a leak in our pool at the end of the season. We called several leak specialists. The first company couldnâ t fit us in for 2 months and the second arrived and was unable to determine where the leak was. Not only were they unable to find the leak, but they also failed to replace the main valve cover, resulting in a clogged line when they asked me to start the pump. We finally decided just to start over with a new liner. This meant that we had to find someone to unclog the pipes and locate the leak, but we had to find someone to replace our old liner. Not to mention, we were already out $1000 with nothing to show for it. Juan answered my call and set up an appointment for a free estimate. Juan met with me and listened to my needs. He explained that Sonora could fix the leak, unclog the pipes, repair the concrete, and replace the liner. He explained the prices and discussed the time frames. Juanâ s Team was friendly and knowledgeable. They know all aspects of pool repair, from the pool pump to resurfacing the decking. Juan is a man of integrity and works with a sense of purpose. "Our 35-year-old+ in-ground swimming pool was leaking and in desperate need of help cosmetically. Cracking tiles, cracks in the plaster and gaps under our decking. Not a pretty sight! After another pool contractor drug his heels with us for a month we called Juan and he came out to give us an estimate within a week (at a very busy time of the year - early April). He was so thorough in his evaluation and knowledge of his products and our needs that we ended up signing a contract with him that very same day. His pricing was right on too! We did have a hold-up in the coping that we were going to have installed so our project did get delayed a week, but once the coping finally arrived they came back out to install it immediately (The coping had to be installed before the tiles and plastering began). But from that point on work went very quickly. We did have another minor delay when it was time to install the mastic caulking around the coping at the end of the project, but Juan was very good a keeping in touch, answering questions we had and scheduling people to come out and finish up the project. So all in all the project was done quite satisfactorily. And finally, at long last, we have a beautiful pool! It's like NEW!"

Before I called Pacific Pools I called three other businesses, they were either too busy to come give me a quote, gave me one on the phone without questions or comments or were very aggressive and pushy telling me that I needed to make up my mind while they were standing in front of me. Jim took the time to call me and set up an appt and came out and explained everything and did the same with my husband.
