Pool opening was promised to be completed in a week. The kids were very upset. Three weeks later we had help from the internet and friends. Worst experience ever with everyone there except their repair and service crew. The woman who owns this place is rude and completely unprofessional. I'm not paying for a full pool open when it wasn't done. Rude."
